Director – Talent

Tracey directs the firm’s recruiting, employee relations, performance management, professional development and training initiatives. In addition to attracting the PR industry’s top talent to join the roster of achievement addicts at Carmichael Lynch Spong, Tracey leads the agency’s award-winning HeadRushTM professional development program as well as a variety of other internal employee programs that contribute to its lively, spirited culture.

In all of these roles Tracey draws on her extensive experience in providing human resources solutions and her deep understanding of being a strategic business partner in a professional services environment.

Previously Tracey spent five years with The Home Deport as human resources manager, and more than six years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, as human resources market leader.
